CoolBlue package deliveries fail more than you think....
And yes, it happened to me again, although I should have known better by now.

Yesterday, around  I ordered 2 items on CoolBlue, in-time, in stock, and receive the confirmation & invoice, as payment i in advance. Not an order of 30 euro's, but considerably more. Yes, certainly you will have that delivered tomorrow sir, I was told. Happy, I needed those things rather badly and although I had some earlier bad experiences, I Feld good about it. ICoolBlue delivery failing live a little more than 1 mile from their latest new distribution center by the way. About 45 minutes later, I received the email that the order was processed and being shipped to the distribution point. Okay, so far, so good.

This morning I received an email that the shipment was loaded in the van and transportation towards me was in process. Delivery between 15:00 & 17:00 hrs. Yeah, yeah,...  I know the package guys can be busy sometimes, I'm actually working at home today, so okay,.. 5:00 PM passes and 1 hour later I ask Coolblue to really check if the package is on it's way.  Yeah, yeah, no problem, you know the words. This happened multiple times this evening until I got,..  again,..  a message from CoolBlue that my package is delayed and will be offered again TOMORROW! What !!!  The mail even dared suggested that I was on the toilet, walking with my dog, which I don't have.... , the delivery boy couldn't find my house, my doorbell was broken...  Yeah right...  They even tried that a little on twitter,.. I kept someone at home the whole day, that costs me money as well guys! Don't you realize that?   Please, please, please just tell me, that the package was incomplete, damaged, late, missing or stolen or whatever, but please, please, do not try to f##k me with some fake email messages and more lies, if they just can't deliver in-time. I cannot accept that.

I hope everyone that has the same experiences with these firm, likes, shares or retweets these lines, as negative comments on the website are being blocked and 99% certain delivery within the next day, what there promoting on their own website isn't probably even true.  They even had the guts to just twittered me, if I was home all day....  What do you think? This is costing me money BIG TIME! They even had that guts to twitter me that the delivering company was at my door an hour ago,.. Losers.... I hope some logistic organization will inquire this. I can prove the all the things stated above by the way and there certainly must be a lot more people feeling & experiencing this "Customer Service".  

Shame on you CoolBlue... CustomerCare is everything.
I warned you multiple times today.
